Terms and Conditions Boot Camp
Please notice that course fees must be paid in full prior to the course starting date and your enrollment will only be confirmed after payment has been received.
Fees are not refundable under any circumstances once the course has started therefore we ask students to please consider their personal commitments and circumstances before enrollment. Only in case of illness a refund will be considered provided that a medical certificate will be supplied.
The Language Hub reserves the right to reduce the number of hours in the course if class numbers do not reach the minimum number of 5 people

I individually and as parent and/or guardian of the minor child identified above hereby acknowledge the following notices and grant to The Language Hub the following release from liability:
. I acknowledge and fully understand that my child, will be engaging in indoor and outdoor activities that may involve some risk of injury. I acknowledge and have been advised that it is my responsibility to consult with my child’s physician with respect to any past or present injury, illness, health problem or any other condition or medication that may affect my child’s participation. I assume the foregoing risks and
accept full personal responsibility for any personal injuries sustained by my child which might incur as a result or participating in this program and discharge and hold harmless The Language Hub, its owners, directors, members, employees and helpers from any claim, cause of action or liability for damages arising from any personal injury to my child or other persons or property caused by my child’s participation
in The Language hub's Boot Camp program.
I acknowledge that my child’s photograph may be taken by camp staff and may be used for the purposes of marketing the camp programs.
A copy of this disclaimer needs to be signed and returned to The Language Hub before or at first day of camp.
