Italian for Employees - Team Building Programs
The Language Hub has started delivering it’s new ``Italian for Employees`` program to Sydney Businesses.
We are firmly convinced that teaching Italian to Employees within firms that trade with Italian businesses abroad, provide a valuable opportunity for the company and the workers themselves. Teaching Italian to the employees- indeed- provides them with the necessary Italian language skills to have a better understanding of the cultural background of the firm they are dealing with and, as a consequence, enhancing the company- company relationship for a better business outcome for all.
Our tutors are available to conduct standard lessons (depending on the students level), or to tailor the classes to your companies requirements. In order to keep high the level of interest and concentration, we use a wide variety of delivery methods which results in higher retention levels and quicker development.
Our programs:
Beginners: Basic Italian phrases: e.g. greetings, asking somebody’s name, spelling, pronunciation, using formal and informal, giving directions, counting, days and months, etc…).
Post Beginners: Enhancing the Italian basis: e.g.: expressing feelings, talking about yourself, talking about your job, likes and dislikes, use of the past tense.
Intermediate: this course is suited for those who have a good use of the present tense and started to approach sentences in the past. Students will become more confident in making sentences in the present and in the past, and will be taught the future tense.
Italian for Business: This course is tailored on professionals who seek a thorough acquaintance of the Italian language used in a business environment. They will be taught how to write business letters, how to talk at the telephone with Italian managers, and how to use an accurate language in every circumstance they need.
All of the above different classes will be customized on the particular business run by your company. As a consequence, in every lesson there will be a specific focus on the Italian technical language used in the field the company belongs to. As Team building projects our classes will involve students in work group and activities so to stimulate the communication and improve team performance.
